What does the limited warranty cover?
Swarovski warrants that products purchased in/at the Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED™ store are of merchantable quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use.
topWhat is the period of coverage?
This limited warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
topWhat will we do to correct problems?
Swarovski will replace any defective Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED™ product (or any of its parts) free of charge provided that you have notified Swarovski of any defect in the product within the said two (2) year period; and provided that you return the product (or any of its parts), along with the original invoice (for the purpose of ascertaining the defect) and in the original packaging, at Swarovski’s request.
If no replacement can be made, Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED™ reserves the right to substitute a product of equivalent value or give a refund/ voucher and you shall accept such substitution or refund as the case may be.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover damage to products resulting from accident, disaster, ordinary wear and tear, misuse or abuse of the products. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered in any way by you or by a third party, or subjected to negligent treatment after purchase. Swarovski shall not be liable for any repairs attempted by you.
No other express warranty is made on behalf of Swarovski regarding the product purchased from Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED™. This warranty only covers the original purchaser. Swarovski shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to claims for personal injury. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
