How do I place an order?
- Find the items you want
First, you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. When you find an item that interests you, click on its title or name to proceed to the product detail page for further information.
- Add the items to your shopping bag
If you wish to order a Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED™ product, click the "Add To Shopping Bag" button on the product detail page for the item has been added to your shopping bag, use the top navigation bar or click on the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your bag contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking the Shopping Bag link at the top of every page of our website.
- Proceed to checkout
Take a moment to review the items in your shopping bag. When you are ready to order, click the "checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
- Sign in
Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED™ uses safe and secure checkout by Amazon.com. Your purchase will be protected by the Amazon.com A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee.
When you order from our website, you will need to use your existing Amazon.com account or create a new Amazon.com account.
- Enter a shipping address
Tell us where to send your order. Please keep in mind that currently Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED™ does not ship to locations outside the U.S.
- Payment information
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Amazon.com Visa, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB. All orders must be prepaid. Make certain to enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes.
- Review and submit your order
Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready to submit your order, simply click the “place order” button. We will send you a confirmation e-mail message upon receipt of your order, and a further e-mail message at the time of shipment.
- Check the status of your order
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it under "Order Information" in the “My Account” section.
What does “Powered by Amazon.com” mean?
Because store.swarovski-crystallized.com has teamed with Amazon.com, you can be certain that your privacy is protected and your credit card or personal information secure when shopping. You should be aware, however, that your account information at store.swarovski-crystallized.com is identical to your account information at Amazon.com at all times. Whenever you change your password during a visit to our site, you will also need to use your new password when logging in to your Amazon.com account. You can make updates by changing your account information on either site at any time.

Did you receive damaged or defective merchandise?
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customerservice.us@crystallized.com for further advice.
Did you receive an incorrect or additional item?
You can double-check your order by going to My Account, clicking on the "order history" link and examining the appropriate order. You may also check the packing slip to verify the contents of the package that was shipped to you. If you have in fact received the wrong merchandise, please contact us at customerservice.us@crystallized.com.
We are unable to process your return for an exchange or for store credit. If you would prefer a new item, please return the undesired item by following the steps as detailed in our Returns Policy (pdf). We invite you to order the new item online at store.swarovski-crystallized.com.
Have you received a duplicate order?
We ask that you return any duplicates or contact us at customerservice.us@crystallized.com for further instructions.
Are you missing an item?
Check the packing slip that came with your shipment. In order to ensure maximum speed and efficiency of processing, we may split your order into multiple shipments (We’ll always indicate this on the packing slip). Visit the relevant order summary in My Account for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.
Want to know where your order is?
If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, visit the relevant order summary in the "Order Information" section of “My Account”. Here you will find estimated delivery dates and even shipment tracking numbers when the carrier has made them available.

How much does shipping cost?
Swarovski offers free standard shipping on all orders in the amount of $ 75 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $ 75, you shall bear $ 5.99 for standard shipping within 3 to 7 business days.

My order is being shipped to the wrong address – what can I do?

topHow can I cancel or return my order?
You may cancel your order on store.crystallized.com for any reason up to two weeks following your receipt of the ordered products. If you cancel this purchase, Swarovski will refund or credit any payments you have made for the ordered products upon receipt of the returned products.
To cancel the purchase, you must return all items to the following address within two weeks of receipt:

You must take reasonable care that the products are not damaged during their return.
